Personality: Snarky with a good sense of humor, though she sometimes takes herself too seriously. An introvert who lacks a lot of social experience, and therefore rarely takes the time to really meet new people, but likes trying to make new friends all the same. Nearly inseparable from people who she already knows well.

Velria was born and raised in Dalmasca to a wealthy Bozjan family who had fled their homeland following the Garlean invasion. History would repeat, however, as the invasion of Dalmasca followed soon after. She was born under Garlean occupation and spent about a decade and a half in Dalmasca before eventually being urged by her family to flee to Aldenard.Several years of mercenary work across the continent honed her skills, wielding the gunblade she brought with her; an heirloom of her family's. Never one to settle, however, Velria would constantly seek out new abilities. She eventually became a trained paladin under the Sultansworn in Ul'dah (a city that, for whatever reason, Velria tends to avoid looking for work in nowadays).Many years later, upon hearing of the Bozjan Resistance, she joins their ranks in an effort to help reclaim her ancestral home.She currently lives in an estate in the Lavender Beds with her retainer, Shinju, though the two are often seen taking extended journeys together.
